We purchased two vehicles from this dealership. We paid both vehicles off early and we were entitled to a return on our GAP insurance premium. The insurer cut to checks totalling over $700 to H&D Linden Motors to be forwarded to us. Helen in finance forwarded these checks to the banks which were paid off years prior. Both banks said they returned the checks to H&D and they should issue the check to us. Helen refuses to re-issue another check. She said she wrote checks out and although they were never cashed, will not stop payment on them and re-issue to us. We took this to management level and Billy told us to go ahead and get a lawyer, it will cost us more to get the money back then it will be worth. He suggested that communication with Helen was not adequate and we waited too long to resolve this issue. (We called every few weeks for months only to be told they will call us back.)
