Brooks Rehabilitation at Daytona Beach provides skilled physical therapy services to meet your rehabilitation needs. Our clinicians are expertly trained and utilize the latest evidence-based therapy to assist you in reaching your goals and optimal outcomes.
We are located inside the 201 building on the Halifax campus. Suite 300 is located on the third floor of the 201 building. There are parking spaces located outside the 201 building and to the side of the building in the orange lot for visitors.
