Halper dentistry has been providing state of the art cosmetic and general dentistry to the families of Westchester county since 1969. Halper Dentistry was founded nearly six decades ago by the late Dr. Elliott F. Brotz, D.D.S. Dr. Brotz built the practice on the belief that a dental office should be a place where patients look forward to coming in while still providing the best in dental care. This Philosophy has now been passed down through three generations.
