Sports & Rehab is an innovative physical and occupational therapy clinic, which strives to provide the best comprehensive rehabilitation services within our community. Our mission is to make every patient visit a positive experience so as to encourage goodwill and adherence to their health care needs. Our NH licensed physical and occupational therapists offer immediate personalized physical treatment for musculoskeletal, orthopedic, sports and work-related injuries. Because we are owned in part by physicians and other allied professionals we can assure you seamless delivery of care between you and your referring physician. We Evaluate Patients within 24-48 Hours of Contacting our Office!! With the exception of Medicare and Medicaid, all insurances including worker's compensation and motor vehicle cases are accepted at all three locations.
