Bad experience with Hampton Locks. They quoted me $29 service call and re-keying starting at $19 per lock. I authorized re-keying of 3 locks at 1 location and 1 lock at my 2nd location with payment made at the 2nd location with a company check. When the technician looked at the locks at our first location he told my manager that the locks must be replaced and that I had authorized a credit card payment of $588. This was not true. Payment was to be made with a check. The locks were fine I had 2 of them replaced 6 months ago. 1 of the locks will not work, they will not return to repair and will not make things right. Be very careful when dealing with this company, I would not recommend working with them.
