At our firm, we have the client—and only the client—in mind. The reason for becoming a financial professional is deeply personal. I repeatedly saw many friends and family struggling to find the help they needed to map out their financial future. Most advisors in the industry focus on investment management. Although investment management is important, it is a tiny aspect in financial planning. I like to use the analogy that investments are like a motor in a car to get you from point A to point B but navigating the traffic, pit stops, & directions is where the time should be focused.
