The selection of gifts here was nice, but I had to literally babysit these people to get my items. I made a $90-100 order of some items about a month before my wedding for a few wedding party gifts. I went thru this long half hour process in the store to get everything right. I was concerned that they spell my brothers name right - its JON, and I know it's often spelled JOHN. She swore she got this right in the computer. Then the computer goes down n she has to reenter everything. She insists she remembers everything and re-enters it on memory even tho I'm standing right there offering to repeat it all.
