"The number one goal is to put a smile on your face. As a resident of Lochbuie, lochwood farms division and having the skill set to competently run a handyman business I started Jim Dandy. I have been involved home remodeling and construction work for 17 years. moving to Lochbuie 6 years ago I built a new home here and also have been built multiple new homes in the area.
