All staff has been very helpful. I was pleasently surprised to hear from Dr. Hannah over the phone latter in the day to follow up on how my daughter was doing after her proceedure. This office gives it a special personal touch to their patients.

Sometimes getting braces is a necessary evil but Dr. Hannah and his staff continue to exceed the necessary and hit the ALL Star mark. Efficient, professional, helpful, understanding and geniune make this sometimes uncomfortable experience a possitive. In a day where customer service can sometimes be hard to find - I am thrilled that Dr. Hannah (and staff) have not forgotten this part of their service. I wholeheartedly recommend them and appreciate the time and energy they put into knowing each patient (and their parents in my case). Well Done
