About us
Harbor Point Behavioral Health Center, located in Portsmouth, Virginia, treats residents who have experienced significant trauma. We offer residential treatment programs for adolescents, ages 11 to 17, who struggle with the symptoms of a general psychiatric disorder. Our specialized treatment programs are for adolescents, ages 13 to 18, whose psychiatric issues are further complicated by trauma, abuse or developmental disability.
