Harini Bollempalli, MD, known to many patients as Dr. B, is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in cardiovascular disease and advanced heart failure. She completed her fellowship in cardiovascular disease at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Texas, where she also served as a chief fellow. She pursued additional training in advanced heart failure at the same institution. Dr. Bollempalli is board certified in cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and internal medicine.

She provides expert care for conditions such as coronary artery disease, congestive heart failure and valvular heart disease. As a noninvasive cardiologist, her practice includes both outpatient cardiology and acute inpatient care. She is trained in transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), loop recorder implantation and diagnostic heart catheterization, in addition to interpreting cardiac imaging studies.

Dr. Bollempalli takes a patient-centered approach to cardiac care, focusing on clear communication, education and shared decision making. She believes in simplifying complex medical concepts to help patients make informed choices about their treatment. Her compassionate approach ensures that every patient feels heard and supported.

Originally from Hyderabad, India, and Austin, Texas, Dr. Bollempalli brings a multicultural perspective to her practice. She speaks Telugu and Hindi in addition to English. Outside of medicine, she enjoys cooking new recipes, traveling and exploring world history and culture.
