About us
As a health and wellness coach, I describe myself as a behavior change specialist who is also your supportive ally in your pursuit of wellness. I consider all facets of your life from genes and environment to lifestyle, diet and relationships. All sessions are centered around the client and driven by the client's values, dreams and priorities. The client is an active partner in their care and I provide encouragement, accountability and education to assist the client with the significant dietary and lifestyle adjustments that may be required. Every client is unique and I tailor my approach accordingly. Change isn't easy, but don't your health and happiness deserve the effort.
