I am a Certified Nutritional Counselor and Master Herbalist located in Rockville, MD. With extensive knowledge of food, nutrition, and supplements, let me guide you in the process of taking back your health and teaching you how to empower yourself. I have the knowledge to assistant and educate you on how to create a customized plan for you to thrive and be well.As your health consultant and coach I will create a custom plan to help achieve your health goals in a supportive environment. Your custom plan will be easy to follow and teach you how to prepare not only healthy but delicious meals and snacks. Rather than creating an unrealistic and restrictive plan that will not last, I will educate you on how to thrive with a plan that is free of denial and restrictions that will help to achieve your health & wellness goals. I will support you every step of the way with gradual and easy to follow steps.

I love sharing the extensive knowledge I have acquired in the last 10 years about holistic nutrition, preventive health, supplements, and cooking. One of my life’s pleasures is helping and educating people to be healthy and happy.
