Casa de Amigos Health Center Harris Health System's Casa de Amigos Health Center offers primary and specialty medical care to adults and children residing in the central and near-north area of Houston. In addition to providing primary care services, Casa de Amigos Health Center offers adult OB/GYN, ophthalmology and psychiatry care.
