I had years of regrettable dealings with Amy Hassinger, of Hassinger Equine Sports LLC, formally Amy Miles Milestone Farm, when I lived in Apex n.c. several years ago. I trusted her with some horse investments and actually paid to have her train and care for the horses in her care. She promised to sell or lease them but it literally took years.I ended up having to pay to retrain and either donated or sold at 25 percent of the purchase price. She purchased a trailer on my behalf through a friend and she put her name on it. I ended up taking her to court and won a settlement of 30,500. When we went to collect the trailer, equipment, tons of horse gear, she hid everything. The same year of this settlement, she and her husband Dr James Hassenger opened their new facilities. They have yet to pay me a penny back. Please think twice about doing business with these people.
