One Sunday afternoon before we made our decision to purchase our unit at Morningside, we met the builder, Mr. Steve Smith, of Haury and Smith. As we visited with Steve, I felt we were meeting a gentleman with integrity and one whose word was his bond. He answered our questions with honesty and fairness and we just knew he would stand behind his product. We paid our earnest money that day and have never regretted our decision to purchase a unit in Villages of Morningside II. Mr. Smith stood behind every promise he made to us.
