Haven Lakes Estates in Miramar-pembroke Pines is TRULY THE WORST PLACE EVER! the property manager Fresia is a pain in everyone's ass in this dam trailer park. Everything that the above reviewer said is right. I would not recommend anyone to live in this trailer park. she really does make rules up as she goes and she really will make your life a living hell.

Her motive is to evict everyone that has their trailer paid. So the trailer park can keep the trailer and sell it. and of course she probably gets a cut. or possibly hush money because her youngest childs baby daddy (trailer park owner)cuz she probably makes his life a living hell!!!

you cannot have visitors over becaus she needs to know who is coming...needs copies of ID's... needs to know when they are coming.... for how long... and when they are leaving. thats nothing you cant own a business vehicle, own a boat... YOU CAN'T DO ANYTHING in this park. Its a fucking trailer park for gods sake.
I really dont know how this lady is still alive.

Haven Lakes Estates in Miramar-pembroke Pines is the worst place to live in in all of the Unted States. I would probably live a better life in a drug cartel neighborhood in Mexico! The proprty manager here is a Nzzi whore. She makes up rules as she goes along and is always personaly picking on people. She charges 10% to sell your home if you choose that she does but doesnt make an effort to help you sell not even showing the place to potential buyers. She first shows the one the park has for sale and after you do the leg work she still charges you 10%. Fucking bitch!She is a bias, ill educated, ghetto,clombian snatch sent here from the bowels of hell to make people miserable. This lady literally makes residents life miserable and then goes home and masturbates off the misery she causes. I can only hope that one day she is shot in the face! Wheres their a Colorado killer when u need one!
