Hazelwood Family Medicine is a full-service independent medical practice serving the needs of adults and adolescents throughout Western North Carolina. Our founder, George W. Brown, MD, practiced medicine for over 50 years. In 2002, Dr. Brown’s son, Michael A. Brown, MD joined his father in providing quality care to our patients. We offer a variety of services from general medical care to women's health a nd weight loss services.
