Since its grand opening in 2007, the Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton has become the premiere outpatient facility in the area, which fosters a culture of confidence, consideration and caring – one individual at a time. The mission of the Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton is to provide the community with a high-quality, convenient, customer-focused outpatient center that assures an ongoing commitment to a healthier tomorrow.

They provide patients with high-quality, individualized care so they can achieve optimal health and wellness – whether it’s improved fitness and nutrition, mammogram, diagnostic testing, surgical services, imaging, laboratory services and beyond. The diagnostic testing and rehabilitation services provided at the Health & Wellness Center at Hazleton are a division of Lehigh Valley Health Network, so patients are assured of receiving high-quality hospital-based services.

Breast Health Services is an ACR Accredited Center of Excellence, maintaining accreditation in many quality programs, including:

Our dedicated, professional staff includes mammography-certified technologists, board-certified dedicated radiologists and oncology-certified nurses.
