About us
Heart Stream Yoga is a yoga studio with heart, where we believe yoga can be for any body. Serving our community since 2011, we offer a wide range of classes—including Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra—designed to support strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace. Our approach blends physical practice (asana), breathwork (pranayama), meditation, and mindfulness to nurture the whole self.
We honor yogic tradition and philosophy, offering alignment-based instruction with thoughtful modifications and props to make every class accessible. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, Heart Stream Yoga welcomes you into a supportive space rooted in compassion, awareness, and presence.
