Heart & Vascular Center Of Lake County is a high technology outpatient center specializing in non-invasive heart and vascular diagnostic testing and treatment. Located conveniently in northern Lake County (1 South Greenleaf, Suite I, Gurnee, IL). Our focus and mission is to assist patients to achieve attainable goals for lifestyle modification and improved quality of life as they strive to meet the challenges of cardiovascular health maintenance.
