She brings a holistic, trauma-informed perspective to her work—blending medication management with solution-focused therapy, lifestyle interventions, and genuine human connection.Heather’s journey into mental health care was shaped by a profound personal loss early in her graduate training, deepening her empathy and solidifying her purpose: to sit with others in their darkest moments and help them find a path forward.
