Heather Poropat, AGNP-C, RN, is a board-certified adult gerontology primary care nurse practitioner with a specialty in gastroenterology. She has over 20 years of RN experience providing exceptional patient treatment in clinical settings, including oncology and hospice care. She is passionate about symptom management and ensuring patients are as comfortable as possible.
Heather is trained in providing advanced assessment, diagnostic and treatment care for patients. Her areas of expertise include primary care, gastroenterology care, patient-centered care and preventive care.
