About us
Joshua Perr is a husband, father of two and owner of Hedge of Protection. Josh spent more than four years as a correctional officer, where he achieved the rank of Sargent and shift supervisor. In this position, he maintained more than 1,300 inmates, supported a full staff, oversaw inmate transfers, and was a first responder to all prison-related emergencies including, stabbings, fights and suicide attempts. He also spent time with the special operations division of the Georgia Department of Corrections where he received training on riot and crowd control, less than lethal force, knife defense and small arms weapons.
