About us
Heidi Lohmann-Schrader's first job as a teenager was at a Hy-Vee grocery store in Independence, Missouri, where she has lived most of her life. She worked in a variety of positions in multiple stores over the years.
Heidi obtained her bachelor's degree from Kansas State University, double majoring in Human Nutrition and Dietetics. She completed her accredited dietetic internship and master's degree from Auburn University.
