This establishment is run by a rude and largely talentless stylist named Carol. In addition to insulting my wife to her face when she tried to advise her about aspects of my hair, she managed to give me one of the worst haircuts of my entire life (and that's saying something). This could have been avoided, had she actually listened to my wife, and not told her to keep out of it and sit down! If you have to choose between a lawnmower and the Heights Barber Shop, I would go with the lawnmower... 'Nuff said...
