About us
Access to prevention services in a safe, welcoming space for the local LGBT community. We now provide free PrEP services anywhere in Texas virtually through our TelePrEP program! All our services are completely FREE no matter your income level or whether you are insured or uninsured. We provide free PrEP/PEP services, HIV & Syphilis Testing as well as distributing condoms and lube. For more than twenty-five years, HELP has been at the forefront of HIV prevention. Now, the HELP Center for LGBT Health and Wellness is expanding, broadening, magnifying its efforts to enhance the lives and wellbeing of the LGBT community as a whole. We hope you'll join us in our mission to become THE focus of LGBT Health and Wellness in North Texas.
