Recombinant Anti-Her2 × Anti-CD3 Bispecific Antibody (DART) are diabody-like entities that have the VH of the first variable region linked to the VL of the second binder, stabilization generates DARTs. This BsAb is capable of targeting the tumor and recruiting T effector cells via binding to the CD3 esubunit of the T cell receptor complex. It was designed for the treatment of breast cancer, prostate cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, bladder cancer, ovarian cancer; gastric cancer, colon cancer, esophageal cancer.
