Welcome to Westchester’s premier studio specializing in vinyasa yoga, core fusion, and barre fitness classes. Beginners and advanced practitioners are welcomed to evolve with our strengthening, mindful, creative and fun classes. With over 30 classes per week, we have something for everyone, and all ages. Our offerings include prenatal, parent/baby, family yoga, and a wide selection of kids' yoga classes for ages 3 and up.
