About us
At Heritage Manor, a Christian Health community in Bergen County, NJ, we never forget that each person in our care is an individual. Our staff seeks to meet physical needs but also to acknowledge and enhance each individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being. Heritage Manor offers four specialized areas of care: Skilled Nursing Care, Dementia Care for patients with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, Bolger Short-term Rehab to help patients transition home following hospitalization, and Inpatient hospice end-of-life care for when in-home care is not an option.
