At Heritage Sierra Medical Group, our mission is to ensure fully coordinated, technology-driven patient care that holds our team to the highest level of service. Our Heritage Sierra Urgent Care Centers are capable of handling the vast majority of medical conditions. After initial examinations, we may determine that some patients require further evaluation in the emergency department or direct admission to the hospital.
