About us Herrick & Hart, S.C. The Eau Claire law firm of Herrick & Hart was found in 1951 by Duke Herrick. We have worked hard for more than half a century to earn the respect and trust of clients, judges, and other attorneys. We are located in downtown Eau Claire, Wisconsin, less than a block from the Eau Claire County Courthouse. Although our location is next to the Eau Claire County Courthouse, the city of Eau Claire is a hub for the legal community of Western Wisconsin.
