East Coast pizza lovers, look no more – Hidden Pizza has arrived in Reno at the Eldorado. Tucked into a corner of the second floor across from The Brew Brothers, Hidden Pizza is a New York-style eatery that will serve pizza by the slice and by the pie starting at 5 p.m. and available throughout the late evening. After hours crowds will enjoy a new, perfectly crafted pizza dough recipe created by Eldorado’s Executive Chef Ivano Centemeri. The lightly-sauced and cheesed, wood-fired comfort food makes for the perfect fourth meal for locals and visitors alike. Single slices will start at $3.50 while whole pies start at $18. The restaurant itself is reminiscent of old school New York pizzerias, equipped with two state-of-the-art ovens, an open-face letter board, limited bar-top seating with USB plug-ins for phone charging and historic photos of old Reno.
