High And Dry House Raising is the NJ Shores' premiere structural elevation (home lift, house lift, house raise) contractor construction company. We are based in Manasquan, Monmouth County, NJ; we also cover Ocean County, NJ as well as the 'New Jersey Shore' and NJ's flood-prone areas. In addition to house lift services, we specialize in helical piles (e.g., mechanical piles, helical piers, earth anchors, earth screws, soil screws), foundations, excavation, and demolition. We also correct structural problems such as sinking foundations and rotten or termite-damaged girders or supports. Lastly, we handle other structural issues requiring specialized shoring, like bulkhead construction or deep pile foundations.
