High Priority Plumbing and Services, Inc. is a family owned and operated company. After Paulette and Brian Simpson moved to Conyers

for Paulette’s job at Suntrust Bank, she encouraged her husband Brian to open his own plumbing company in 2001. Having been in the

plumbing industry for over 25 years, Brian Simpson had a long history of exceptional customer service.

“Whenever Brian would go to a job, those homeowners would constantly request him for other projects. It made sense for him to go out

on his own,” said Paulette. We started out with a small crew and worked out of our home, while Paulette moonlighted for the company

and scheduled jobs for Brian in the evenings. Paulette said, “Brian would always joke that I would schedule jobs for him so he

wouldn’t be home.”

As the business grew and neighbors began complaining of the traffic in and out of our subdivision, we moved our business out of our

home into our current building at 1422 Business Center Drive in Conyers. The growth of the company required Paulette’s undivided

attention and she decided to move from her job at Suntrust Bank to High Priority Plumbing full time.
From our small crew in 2001, we have grown to a retail and commercial plumbing service covering most of Georgia and parts of South

Carolina with offices in Conyers and Savannah, Georgia. When asked what she contributes our growth to, Paulette gives credit to her

employees.

“I’m most proud of our staff. They’re honest and hard workers who treat our customers right. Our marketing manager, Denise, has been

instrumental in helping us brand High Priority Plumbing in the Atlanta market. From our office staff to our plumbers, our employees

are what make High Priority Plumbing stand out from other companies. Brian has always believed in leading by example. We would never

ask an employee to do something we wouldn’t be willing to do ourselves. We do our best to treat our employees right because we know

they’ll stay with us long term and keep our customers happy.”
High Priority Plumbing’s growth has doubled the size of the company for the past two years, enabling us to expand our services to

include High Pressure Water Jetting. The machine uses extreme water pressures to push drain blockages caused by grease, sludge, and

debris.
