Higher Altitude Yoga is your local yoga studio nestled in the East Mountains of Albuquerque, NM where traditional yoga teaching is preserved by an Experienced Yoga Alliance Certified (E-RYT 200) Teacher: Marie-Aude Préau. Classes are tailored to different needs and level students: Restorative Yoga Flow emphasis passive stretches to improve mobility. Therapeutic Flow brings the beginner or active senior student to regain balance, and flexibility. Vinyasa Flow is more of a workout keeping you completely focused on yoga Asanas and yogic breath.
