About us
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Mindfulness-Informed Professional. I am a wife, mother and Air Force Veteran with a passion for working with trauma survivors. I served in the Air Force for 11 years and endured multiple deployments to various locations. As a Veteran, I understand the struggle of coming home from deployment and readjusting to "normal" life despite the experiences in a deployed location. It can be hard to find someone who understands the unique culture of the military life. After my separation in 2011, I experienced the other side as a military spouse and found a true passion in helping my fellow veterans and their families navigate their journey through life.
