Hill & Associates in Marietta is very unprofessional. My car was repoed, i called 11 days later they only told me how much stuff i had and how much it will cost me to come get it. Of course i didnt have a way to get it because i had no car. Never told me how long i had to come get it before they threw it away. Im thinking i had at least 90days to retrieve my property. The initial conversation was very rude with Mr. Nolan. He was very short, and disrespectful. He asked me what took so long to get back in contact with them, i told him i was out of town due to a death in the family, he tells me, It doesnt take six weeks for somebody to die. Shocker! So at that point he tells me he threw my stuff in the dumpster. I then called back to find out the actual repo date, he refused to tell me. So at thus point im filling a complaint to sue because no one ever told me i had 30 days to retrieve my things. He then tells me he's not obligated to tell ppl how long they have to get there stuff....

Hill & Associates in Marietta is After speaking with Nolan and hearing how he talks to people I can understand Why GMC would deals with this type person. He is one that speak down to you in such a hideous way as to belittle you. I can believe that he is working for them. He takes things personal as an attack on him why I don't understand. I am ask everyone who deal with this guy as I am to contact the BBB at once

Hill & Associates in Marietta is sorry excuse for a business. The employees are rude, abusive, and generally poor excuses for human. Nolan seems to think he is emperor of the world and talks down to you like you were scum. I am hopful that someone either pulls the stick he has stuck out and he trys playing nice with ther rest of the world or in the alternative they shove it up farther so he gets a taste of his own medicine. Horrible company, horrible person. Avoid like the plague if you can.

Hill & Associates AND ALL THEIR LITTLE ELVES are nuts!!!! They harass you and harass you..even when told you will not talk to them. They act like you've done business with them personally and are like little ants crawling around in sore spots! What's funny....they can't even stay in touch with the people they actually do business with to be abreast of facts like we don't need you on that case anymore!!! Idiots!
