Hill Country Chocolate is a chocolate shop specializing in artisanal bonbons, familiar confections, and bean-to-bar chocolate made on-site in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. As highlighted in Texas Monthly, we specialize in sharing the joy of chocolate in our one-of-a-kind Premiere Wine & Chocolate Experience with our own wine brand DKM Cellars.
