The TV shut itself off and made funny grinding noise. The technician showed up at 2 pm with his boss, diagnosed and identified the problem as bad color wheel. They took the TV away and promised to be back by Friday. Friday morning they called and the TV is back by 2 pm. I could not ask for more !!
