The Historic Powhatan Resort offers guests a piece of colonial history with the restored Manor House (circa 1735), nestled amongst 256 acres of beautiful woodland. Five miles from Colonial Williamsburg, our resort is just 15 minutes from famous historic sites like the Governors Palace and Jamestown Settlement. Were also 20 minutes from Busch Gardens and Water County USA. The resort is just 45 minutes from the Richmond airport.

All-suite accommodations ranging from one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom suites. Suites feature a king bed, a queen sofa bed, and living area. The suites also offer a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary kitchenware for in-suite dining, and a washer/dryer for the ultimate relaxing vacation.

This resort is loaded with on-site amenities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pools, fitness center, tennis and racquetball courts, and an outdoor pavilion. Family amenities are available including mini-golf course and a kid's playground. Guests have the option of cooking home-made meals in-room or with our outdoor barbeque grills.
