About us

In early 2019, I opened the doors to my practice to patients in the greater Seattle area, after over 10 years in various community mental health settings . Like many, in 2020 I grew to offer state wide services with the help of secure, HIPAA compliant, telehealth platforms, offering clients a wide range of counseling services to help them through life’s challenges and most trying times. My professional background includes working in various inpatient, outpatient, and supported living settings. In my clinical work I enjoy working with clients with a wide range of challenges including trauma, depression, anxiety, addiction, and codependency since 2011. I have my Master’s Degree in Social Work from Simmons University as well as a Master’s Certificate in Addiction Studies from Eastern Washington University. ​ Together we’ll focus on intersections of identities as well as life narratives, feelings of inferiority, mistaken beliefs, and cultivating your innate creativity, social interest and a true sense of belonging. I work from a place that acknowledges my own identity and privileges to help clients address their own identity and role in maintaining or deconstructing systems of oppression.
