About us
I believe counseling is a process of exploration, discovery, and personal growth. My job is to help clients learn more about themselves in a safe, caring, non-judgmental, and challenging environment. My goal is to empower clients to recognize and change their thoughts or behaviors leading to decrease anxiety/stress, decreased depression and increased self-esteem. I work with each client based on their specific needs and concerns and help them create a path toward healing, empowerment, and change.
I work with many issues, including but not limited, to: anxiety, depression, mood disorders, PTSD, grief, relationship conflict/abuse/trauma, codependency, personality disorders, , & crisis management.
