Holly Winkle discovered Florida’s Gulf Coast more than a decade ago, after venturing south from Chicago. A resident of Lakewood Ranch for the past 13 years, she specializes in the Manatee County area, but also extends her expertise to island properties and beyond.

Holly embarked upon her real estate career in 2003 when she joined the Coldwell Banker Previews office, quickly earning recognition as an outstanding real estate professional. Later, Holly represented Re/Max as well as a smaller boutique firm. Michael Saunders & Company ultimately became the perfect fit for this passionate, dedicated professional whose customer-focused, energy driven, and knowledgeable approach ensures exceptional service from listing to closing. A licensed Broker, Holly joins her mother, Chris Wilson, to form the Winkle & Wilson team.

Holly is actively involved in the local community. Along with her husband, she hosts monthly events to benefit animal rescue organizations and a charity drive for seniors every Christmas. Outside of real estate she can often be found playing tennis, enjoying beach sunsets with her husband and daughter, and practicing the violin.
