Home Care Extended LLC has been committed to providing exceptional, compassionate care to those in need in Johnson and Tarrant Counties and the surrounding areas. We offer a wide range of services for clients 18 and over, including veterans/spouses, expecting mothers, the elderly, and the disabled or injured. From completing chores and errands to providing hygiene care and companionship, we strive to improve our clients’ quality of life. We are licensed through Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) as a Personal Assistance Service (PAS). We are A+ accredited with the Better Business Bureau and are members of many area Chambers of Commerce.
