About us
Home Care Solutions was founded in 1996 by Tamara Sullivan when she decided it was time to make a difference. Home Care Solutions provides the following services to our live-in: assistance with all personal cares, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship and support - doing whatever it takes to keep Clients safe and comfortable in their own home. Services are provided to Clients needing custodial (ongoing) care, acute care after an accident or illness to aid in their recovery, respite care for families that need a temporary caregiver, as well as end-of-life (Hospice) care.
Careful consideration is given when assigning caregivers to each Client. Every effort is made to choose truly compatible caregivers so that a bond can be formed with each and every client.
