Home Dog Training Positively uses positive reinforcement to train your dog, never fear or intimidation. By using positive methods the dog’s confidence level is increased and the bond between you and your dog is strengthened. There are several training options available. Most popular is in home training where we focus on the behavioral problems you are experiencing, including jumping, leash pulling, separation anxiety and fearfulness, to name only a few. For those new puppies, we can cover house training and puppy biting. If you prefer to work in a group class, there are several choices ranging from the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy, Basic Life Skills, tricks and various AKC certifications.

Sharon Witherspoon, the owner, is nationally certified as a CPDT-KA, (Certified Pet Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed) through the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers, the only accredited certification for dog trainers. She is a licensed Victoria Stilwell trainer, as well as a certified Absolute Dogs Pro Dog Trainer.
