About Joel I have been in the mortgage industry for 23 years and have been with Homestead Funding for seven. My family previously owned a large chain of stores, Schatz Stationary, where I learned at an early age that customer service is key to healthy business relationships. I also learned that getting back to customers as quickly as possible is just as important. Great customer service is the best product I can supply. I work nights and weekends and return all my calls. Even on vacation - I work. I believe that, for most people, a home is the biggest purchase they will ever have; so my job is to make the process as easy as possible for my customers.
