About Nancy I have had the pleasure of working in the Mortgage business for over 25 years. When I was a Realtor, I found myself working closely with many lenders to be sure that my buyers were getting the right type of financing for their needs. So I moved into the finance arena working as a Mortgage Processor, Underwriter, and Secondary Marketing, for large Banks, mortgage bankers, and mortgage brokers. My experience allows me to better explain the complicated process of obtaining residential financing to home buyers and those wishing to refinance.
