About Philip I’m blessed to work with Homestead Funding. I work with a pool of very talented and engaging coworkers. We all have different approaches to business, which makes us successful in our own rights. I believe that my approach works well because I try to educate every client on the ins-and-outs of the mortgage process and treat them as if they are my only client. It’s important to me that my process is informative and transparent. This allows my clients to make educated financial decisions because I have provided them with all of the tools necessary to do so. Prior to working for Homestead, I was a retail manager for Eastern Mountain Sports and now have been in the mortgage industry for ten years.
